I just sent out a PRWeb news release on getting organized. The news release can be found here
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2009/08/prweb2721114.htm. Yes, I am an organizing enthusiast! There is no better time to start than right now! Today is better than tomorrow. Let's start with who am I to talk about organization? I have been an organizer since before college. I love anything related to organizing. I organize all kinds of things from business to personal. I am committed to organizing because I realized more than 30 years ago that being organized brings with it huge benefits. When I graduated from Penn State the girls on my dorm floor roasted me and one of the big things that they teased me about was how organized I was. "Lisa has lists of her lists of her lists" said one floor mate as she dropped down a cascade of fan fold paper. Younger people probably won't even know what fan fold paper is - yes, it was that many years ago. I have what is known as MASTERY in the area of being organized, organizing and helping people get organized. It is part of who I am as a person after more than 3 decades.
As with any new venture, becoming organized or getting organized starts with a firm commitment. It is not likely that you will go from being disorganized to organized without a solid commitment. Why bother some people say. The why bother is because being organized carries with it significant benefits that will be financially rewarding to you. The major benefits include saving you TIME and MONEY. Who isn't interested in having more free time and more money? Being organized also increases your productivity and efficiency, which results in savings of more time and money. There is also the intangible result of freedom and power. Doubt what I'm saying? Then go clean out your messy car or clear off your desk and see how you feel the next time you get in your car or sit at your desk. It is amazing.
It takes discipline once an area is cleaned up and organized to maintain the new level of neatness. How organized are you? Are you willing to start? What can I do to entice you to start organizing one small area of your home, office, car or life? I'd love to know. You can leave a question or comment here on my blog. Now, get busy and start. I have a tip sheet loaded on my cookbook website, www.TheSuperAllergyCookbook.com under the "Resources" tab filed under "White Papers, tips sheets & Videos", which you can download for free. That should help you get started. You can also watch the short youtube video. I have to learn how to embed it into this blog, so for now you can watch it on my website or youtube. Yes, I am learning technology one day at a time.
Love,
Lisa
